PROVO, Utah (AP) -- West Nile virus is showing up in mosquitoes tested in Utah County.

Officials say the news is not surprising, but the virus is appearing later than last year.

No horses or humans have tested positive in Utah County.

West Nile can be fatal, especially among older people. Most people show no symptoms, but some can develop a fever, headache and rash.
