SALT LAKE CITY — Police are investigating the death of a 39-year-old woman, whose body was discovered inside her home Friday.
Neighbors had called police to check on the welfare of the woman, who lived at 535 N. 200 West. Police Sgt. Josh Scharman said detectives were in the process of obtaining a search warrant for the home because they believed the nature of the woman's death to be "suspicious."
However, he said police were not looking for any possible suspects Friday. No one else was found inside the home when police arrived, Scharman said.
