LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Boaters on Bear Lake discovered a body believed to be a man who disappeared in 2003.

Rich County officials say they believe the body is that of Robert Israelsen. The 49-year-old Logan man drowned in the lake in a boating accident on Feb. 10, 2003.

A boater discovered the body floating in an area east of Azure Cove on Sunday. The state medical examiner hopes to identify the body using dental records and DNA testing.
