SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Weber State football coach Ron McBride is resting at home after undergoing heart surgery this week. Weber State spokesman Brad Larsen says the surgery to implant a stent to relieve a blocked artery went well. McBride had a similar procedure on another artery while coaching at Kentucky in 2004. He's expected to be back at work Wednesday. Football practice begins August 3rd.
