(KSL News) -- Authorities have identified a man who was beaten and left for dead in a Midvale parking lot.
Midvale police say the victim was George Benally of Ogden. Officers identified Benally through fingerprints. He was a registered sex offender.
Police also found the truck Benally was driving and hope to recover evidence to further their investigation. They have yet to find or name a suspect.
