(KSL News) -- Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon is proud of the goals county government has recently accomplished. He said that in his State of the County address today.
Peter Corroon, Mayor of Salt Lake County: "This past year has shown we can work together as one county government. We have put aside politics to plan for our future, and I want to emphasize that it's planning, not politics."
The Mayor also said he is looking forward to the future, and laid out four priorities for the coming year.
Those include the protection of Salt Lake County's environmental resources, improving public safety programs, more support for small businesses, and continuing quality government services.
