LAYTON — A Layton man was killed and another injured following a rollover accident early Wednesday that investigators say may be alcohol-related.

Just after midnight, a vehicle on the off-ramp from I-15 to Hill Field Road went off the shoulder of the ramp and rolled, said Utah Highway Patrol Corp. Todd Johnson.

The driver, Brandon Moke, 21, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected and killed. The passenger, Dustin Moore, 22, was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.

Alcohol was believed to be a factor in the accident, Johnson said.
