(KSL News) Internet provider AOL has settled complaints with numerous states, including Utah, over dial-up service.

Customers complained AOL made it too hard for them to cancel their service by calling the company.

AOL will not have an online site for cancellation and will pay $3 million to cover case costs. Utah will get $45,000 of that amount.
