(KSL News) Salt Lake's needy population now has a new place to seek refuge.
Catholic Community Services gathered today to dedicate and celebrate the opening of a new center. It will offer housing for refugees and residential treatment programs for families seeking help with substance abuse.
Donations paid for the almost $3.5 million renovations to the facility.
