(KSL News) A man called Utah's largest ecstasy dealer will remain in federal custody until trial.
A judge ruled Long Ngo is a danger to society. Federal prosecutors say he is a prominent gang member and has a violent criminal history.
But Ngo's lawyer says his client is no longer in a gang and is not a flight risk.
