(KSL News) Accused killer Curtis Allgier is being held without the possibility of release right now.

The Board of Pardons and Parole officially revoked his parole. Allgier was in custody for a parole violation when he allegedly shot and killed corrections officer Stephen Anderson.

In the meantime, Allgier is scheduled to begin serving a nine-year federal prison sentence for illegally possessing a weapon.
