(KSL News) The Utah National Guard has filed a lawsuit against a West Jordan company, claiming it was responsible for a wildfire at Camp Williams.
The suit claims workers from Custom Carport Design started the fire with sparks from welding torches while working on a rappelle tower in 2003.
The fire ultimately burned more than 1,100 acres. The National Guard is seeking $129,000 in damages.
