(KSL News) A man connected with a car crash near Moab that killed two illegal immigrants is caught in Arizona.

Officials say in 2005 Ramses Castellano-Lin and a co-defendant were smuggling illegal immigrants when their van rolled, killing two people. Castellano walked out of a Moab hospital shortly after the accident.

The Deseret Morning News reports federal officials recently found him in Phoenix. Castellano is now in jail facing a charge of transporting illegal aliens resulting in death. If convicted, he could get the death penalty.
