(KSL News) We now know the name of a pickup truck driver involved in a fatal crash on Highway 89 in Davis County.
Police say David Leavitt's truck slammed into a van carrying the Howard family last Thursday. Three people died in the crash, and Leavitt was treated for injuries at Ogden Regional Hospital.
Layton Police say no charges have been filed in connection with the crash.
Funeral services for three people killed in the crash will be held on Saturday.
