(KSL News) A man accused of causing a fatal accident in Ogden Sunday morning now faces multiple charges.
Daniel Rodriguez is charged with automobile homicide, DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and violation of a conditional license.
Police say he was driving at 55 miles an hour when his car smashed into a vehicle carrying four teens. One of the teens died, and the other three were seriously injured.
Rodriguez was twice previously convicted of alcohol-related offenses.
