(KSL News) A man accused of molesting a neighbor girl will undergo a 60-day diagnostic health evaluation before his sentencing.

Police say Guy Sparks molested the girl on two occasions.

Last year he failed to appear in court, and was later taken into custody by a bounty hunter.

Sparks had other cases pending against him, including domestic violence in the presence of a child, and violating a protective order.
