(KSL News) A teenage boy charged with the rape and murder of a 15-year-old girl will go to trial.

During a hearing yesterday, a detective said the boy confessed to raping Keely Hall in Dixie Downs Park. The boy told police at some point during the rape, he realized she wasn't breathing and went home. The boy's attorney says his client never meant to kill Hall.
