(KSL News) Lt. Gov. Gary Herbert announced today a special election called by Gov. Jon Huntsman will be held November 6, the same day as all city elections.
The state will set aside a little more than a million dollars to help cities use Utah's electronic voting system.
Herbert hopes the system will eliminate confusion by allowing cities to run both elections at the same time and place.
