(KSL News) Accused of fondling a woman during a car ride, former Utah County Commissioner David Gardner will be in court today on sexual battery charges.
Gardner has been in trouble before.
He was arrested in 1999 for driving drunk and running his car off the road. He pleaded guilty to another DUI a year later.
