(KSL News) Lindon is looking for a new mayor. The current Mayor, Jeff Acerson, is stepping down in order to take a position as the President of the Rome Italy mission for the LDS Church.
Acerson has served as mayor for the past two and a half years and as a city councilman for seven years before that.
Applications for the job will be taken until July 11. The city council will vote on a new mayor two days later.
