(KSL News) A federal judge today sentenced a Bountiful man to five years in prison for running a pornographic Web site that featured young girls.
Matthew Duhamel also faces five years of supervision after he leaves prison. Duhamel ran the Web sit with his business partner Charles Granere. Granere pleaded guilty and also got 60 months in prison.
Both had argued the Web site was not pornographic because the girls had clothes on. But U.S. District Judge Tena Campbell said the exploitation of children on their website was child pornography.
Duhamel will begin his sentence on July 27.
