(KSL News) Today a cyclist who may have been hit intentionally by a box truck undergoes his fifth surgery.
Marty Kasteler and his wife were riding their bikes home early Sunday morning when a van ran down Kasteler on 2400 South and 600 East.
His wife Nicki said, "He has a broken pelvis. Half of it has been separated from his body."
Kasteler's spleen was also removed.
Police are offering a cash reward for information about the box truck that hit Kasteler.
Police say it will have front-end damage and a broken passenger-side mirror. If you have any information, please call police.
