(KSL News) State prosecutors want to revoke bail for the man accused of fatally beating his 20-month-old son.

Yesterday Jason Putnam was charged with aggravated murder. He could face the death penalty.

Bail is currently set at $250,000, cash only.

Last week, Putnam called 911 saying his son wasn't breathing after falling off the bed. He later admitted he hit his son when the boy cried so he would "grow up to be a man."
