SALT LAKE CITY - Poor lighting conditions are being blamed for a crash that sent a pedestrian to the hospital with a broken leg in Salt Lake City Wednesday.
Police say the driver did not see the man as he crossed the street early Wednesday morning near 400 south and 1000 west.
They say she hit him as she made a left turn.
The fact the victim was dressed in all dark clothing may have contributed to the crash as well.
Officers say no one will be cited in connection with the crash.
