LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Brian Green scored 17 points off the bench to lead Utah State past Idaho State 71-48 Tuesday night at the World Vision Invitational.

Tai Wesley added 11 points for the Aggies (9-2), who built a big lead early and cruised to their fourth straight win.

Broderick Gilchrest had 19 points for Idaho State (3-7). The Bengals trailed 36-20 at halftime and never got closer than 13 points in the second half.

Green hit 5 of 7 3-point attempts, part of a 9 for 16 effort by Utah State. The Aggies shot 61 percent from the field in the second half, and 53 percent for the game. The Utah State bench also outscored their Bengal counterparts 40-15.

Utah State faces Western Michigan on the second day of the invitational on Wednesday night, while Idaho State squares off against Troy.
