SALT LAKE CITY -- An enviromental group says drinking Salt Lake City's tap water may be dangerous to your health.

The Enviromental Working Group says Salt Lake is one of 31 cities where water samples showed too much cancer-causing chromium 6.

The group's study found the capital city's water tests at 0.3 parts per billion. That ranks the city in 11th place among cities tested.

Salt Lake City's water quality and treatment administrator questioned the results. She says city tests have not found detectable levels of chromium.
