(KSL News) Charges have been filed against a woman accused of causing a fatal car crash in West Valley City last April.
Prosecutors say 42-year-old Roslyn Cordova swerved her pickup truck into oncoming traffic, hitting and killing 18-year-old Danielle Disera.
Court documents show Cordova admitted to using cocaine just before she drove. She is charged with automobile homicide, driving under the influence and reckless driving.
A $250,000 warrant has been issued for her arrest.
