SALT LAKE CITY (June 18, 2007) - The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim announced today that outfielder Curtis Pride has been reassigned to the Salt Lake Bees from double-A Arkansas. The Angels also announced that outfielder Tommy Murphy has been placed on the disabled list due to illness (retroactive to June 16).

Pride joins Salt Lake for the first time this season after spending 44 games with the Travelers, batting .239 with eight doubles, three homeruns and 23 RBI. Murphy is batting .268 with five doubles, five triples and 14 RBI in 26 games with the Bees this season.
