SALT LAKE CITY -- A new legislative probe of fraud found at least three health clinics have been overcharging Utah's low-income Medicaid program.
The office of the Legislative Auditor General sampled clinics with suspiciously high numbers of high-dollar billings.
The office says the problems with "up-coding" could be costing taxpayers tens of millions of dollars.
It's unknown if this fault is criminal or human error.
