Two New Farmers Markets Open for Sunday Shoppers

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Salt Lake City farmers market has grown in popularity with its offerings every Saturday from June to October at Pioneer Park.

Now, those seeking fresh produce have two other options on Sundays.

The Salt Lake City People's Market is held Sundays at Jordan Park, the site of the International Peace Gardens at 1060 South and 900 West in Salt Lake City. The market is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In Park City, historic Main Street will play host to the Park Silly Sunday Market from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays

Both of the Sunday markets will also run into October.
