SALT LAKE CITY (June 17, 2007) - The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim announced today that the team has recalled outfielder Terry Evans from the Salt Lake Bees. The move was made when outfielder Garret Anderson was placed on the 15-day disabled list after aggravating an earlier injury to his right hip flexor tendon.

Evans, who was acquired from St. Louis in a trade last July, is making his first trip to the big leagues. He is currently batting .327 for Salt Lake and leads the team in doubles (23), homeruns (10) and RBI (45).

Book your summer group outing with the Salt Lake Bees while dates are still available. Season tickets start as low as $6 per game. Choose from several ticket packages, priced for every budget, by calling (801) 325-BEES.
