(KSL News) A man investigators believe was the driver of a pickup truck that crashed in southern Utah has been charged with murder.
The crash happened last Thursday on State Road 59 between Hurricane and Hildale. Eight people were in the truck when it rolled, two of them died.
Federal investigators believe they were being smuggled into the country, which means the driver could face the death penalty.
He's is identified as 23-year-old Eswin Enrique Aquino-Lopez.
