(KSL News) Utahns could get a chance to see the space shuttle Atlantis several times during its 12-day flight.

The spacecraft is scheduled to launch today at 5:38 Mountain Standard Time. NASA says there is an 80 percent chance of good weather for the scheduled launch.

If that happens, Atlantis should be visible along the northern horizon in northern Utah just before 10:00 Saturday night.

Officials say the best view of Atlantis will likely come Sunday, June 17, and Monday, June 18.
