(KSL News) -- EnergySolutions, the company whose name adorns the arena where the Utah Jazz play, will soon manage nuclear power plants in the United Kingdom.
It acquired Reactor Sites Management Company, which holds licenses and contracts to operate and decommission 10 nuclear sites with 22 reactors in the UK.
According to a news release from EnergySolutions, the deal is the result of a competitive process in which it showed it can safely manage and operate large nuclear facilities.
