(KSL News) -- Martha Jorgenson has hit many milestones in her life, but she has waited 91 years for today's accomplishment -- high school graduation.

This day should have come for Martha in 1933, but the depression forced her to leave school one year early to help her family.

All these years later, she still loves learning - and it shows! Martha recently scored at a college level on many of her tests.

Martha joined a class of nearly 300 adults who graduated today from Granite Peaks Adult High School.

She says the most important education she gained was raising her seven children, all of whom have college degrees. She also supported her husband in earning his Ph.D.
