(KSL News) June 8 will be a big day in the battle over vouchers. That is when the state Supreme Court will rule on challenges to language on the November referendum.

Opponents and proponents of the voucher program have asked the court to decide how the matter will be put to voters. Opponents want it simply stated that voters are saying yes or no to vouchers.

However, those supporting the program want mention of the fact that two voucher laws were passed by the legislature, and this vote only deals with one of them.
