Derek Thomas QB LaytonHe rushed for 228 yards and 6 touchdowns in a 47-21 win over Weber. His impressive individual performance helped the Lancers clinch a playoff spot.

Connor Murdock WR Pine View

The Panthers needed a win over rival Snow Canyon to keep their playoff hopes alive and Murdock stepped up big. He caught 11 passes for 154 yards and a key touchdown in a 14-10 win over the warriors.

Nick Waitkevich RB Westlake

Waitkevich has put up monster numbers the last two weeks. He rushed for 158 yards and 2 touchdowns on just 8 carries in a win over Timpanogos. He also hauled in a 32-yard touchdown pass in a 60-20 victory.

Cash Hancock LB Fremont

He had 14 tackles and returned a backwards pass 35 yards for a touchdown just three plays into the game. The play turned out to be the difference as Fremont claimed the Region 1 title with an upset over Davis.

Jarom Healey RB Hurricane

The senior running back rushed for 161 yards and 5 touchdowns in the Tigers 41-7 win over Canyon View.
