Arson suspected in West Jordan fire

WEST JORDAN -- Investigators say a fire that destroyed a mobile home in West Jordan may be arson.

Witnesses say a mobile home in the area of 9200 South and 2200 West burned to the ground around 3:45 a.m.

Firefighters knocked down the fire in about 30 minutes. They say the home was abandoned and no other structures were threatened.

Investigators say three young people were seen leaving the scene as the fire started. A description of the suspects was not available.
