(KSL News) Orem wants more traffic signals, but will have to reshuffle the budget to get them.
City officials say next year's budget already includes the $500,000 needed for two new traffic signals. But to add any more lights would mean postponing some landscaping, sidewalks, streetlights and carpeting in the library.
