(KSL News) Formerly conjoined twin Maliyah Herrin is back home today. The 5-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital with a high fever a week ago. Doctors said Maliyah's body was rejecting the new kidney she had received from her mother.
Maliyah had been without a kidney after she was separated from her sister Kendra nine months ago.
Doctors adjusted her medication and say Maliyah returned home in good condition.
