Christian Covey, QB, Timpview
The T-Birds quarterback rushed for 177 yards and a touchdown and was 16-of-23 passing for 264 yards and three touchdowns in a huge 43-20 road win over Westlake that all but wraps up another region 7 title. Nick Vigil, QB, Fremont
The Silverwolves stayed undefeated in Region 1 play and keep pace with Davis thanks in large part to the play of Vigil. He rushed for 187 yards and 4 touchdowns including the game winner in a double overtime thriller against Northridge.

Sam Williams, Olympus
Williams made big plays on both sides of the ball leading the Titans to a huge win over Highland. On defense he held future Utah Ute WR Nate Fakahafua to just one catch and hauled in an interception. On offense he had two touchdown receptions in a 21-17 victory.

Bountiful Defense
The Braves defense has been strong all year and on Friday they came up big when they needed it most. The East offense had averaged 33 points a game but Bountiful shut them out holding them to just 51 yards of total offense in the 2nd half. They picked off four Leopards passes, three of them by Kyle Pawlowski.

Billy Keddington, RB, Grand
The Red Devils running back rushed for 236 yards and scored 4 touchdowns in a 47-13 win over North Sevier.
