SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah voter information is now available for the blind and disabled in Braille and audio files at the Utah State Library.

The Utah Lieutenant Governor's Office publishes a voter information pamphlet that provides information on statewide candidates and ballot measures.

The Utah State Library transcribes that information into Braille and records tapes for those who qualify for this service.

The voter information service for the blind and disabled has been available since 2001 with a recent update this year. The Department of Corrections is responsible for transferring the pamphlet on to audio files.
