Scott Haws reporting

POT PAYMENT

A Maryland man's attempt to pay for his munchies landed him on our Cutting Room Floor.

The man couldn't come up with enough cash at the 7-11.

So he offered up a baggie of pot along with a dollar to pay for his chips and Gatorade.

The clerk didn't accept it and instead called police who found the man hiding in some sand dunes along the beach.

He was arrested for theft and of course, possession of marijuana.

CLOONEY KISS

Okay, Kerry how much would you pay to kiss George Clooney?

A woman at a celebrity auction for aids research paid 350-thousand dollars for a kiss with Clooney.

And apparently it was 2-for-1 night... because Clooney not only puckered up once... but gave the woman 2 kisses.

NAKED TOURIST

When in Rome or in this case, when in Neurenburg.

An American tourist decided to take a walk through the German city... without his clothes.

When he was arrested he told police he thought this was acceptable behavior in Germany.

Many Germans enjoy nude sunbathing... allowed in public parks.

The man was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol... just a little confused.

Police made him get dressed and pay a 269-dollar deposit pending an investigation for indecent behavior.

DRUNKEN WHEELCHAIR

If that wasn't enough for German police... a wheelchair-bound man in Berlin stunned police when they pulled him over and found he was 10 times over the legal alcohol limit for drivers.

The man told police he'd been out drinking with a friend and was making his way home.

Police said, because the man was technically traveling as a pedestrian, they couldn't charge him with a driving offense.

A police spokesman said, "It's not like we can impound his wheelchair."

He is facing some sort of punishment; they just don't know what yet.

MESSY EMERGENCY

If you have kids, you know it's not unusual for them to put up a stink when asked to clean their room.

One 9-year old... who just happens to live in Germany... was so upset when asked she put up a sign in her window urging passers-by to call police for help.

Quickly alerted, officers rushed to the scene to discover the girl had argued with her mother about tidying her room.

Once inside police confirmed the girl's room looked like a battlefield and told the girl to clean it up. Two hours later they came back, the room was clean and mom and daughter had made up too.
