I closed on my condo today...and as I signed the multiple number of papers, both a sense of relief and worry appeared. On the one hand, I was glad that something which had taken a great deal of my time was finally over. On the other, a realization of the large amount work I needed to do get the place the way I wanted.

Contractors never work on the schedule you want them to. I know I'll be doing a lot of rushing over the next couple of weeks making sure everyone doing the remodeling has a way in. I also have to keep track of the expenses I'll be incurring. When it's all done, it'll be great...until then...well.

I'll keep you posted on how well I'm doing.
