(KSL News) A rush-hour crash on U-111 in West Valley killed a man this morning.
Two vehicles were side-swiped. One of them went into oncoming traffic. Frank Garcia, of West Jordan, was in that opposite lane and died in the collision.
A woman was also injured and flown to the hospital.
Investigators are still trying to figure out responsibility for the accident.
