(KSL News) -- Utah leads the nation in the American fascination with bigger and bigger homes. About 20 percent of all homes in America now have at least four bedrooms.
In Utah, that's much higher.
Utah has the top three markets in the country for big homes.
In Provo, 45.5 percent of all homes have at least four bedrooms. In Ogden, that figure is 43.5 percent. And it's 37.4 percent in Salt Lake City.
Markets in Florida, Texas and South Carolina have the smallest percentage of large homes, ranging from 11.8 percent to 12.3 percent, respectively.
