SALT LAKE CITY -- A convicted stalker who is already serving time in the Utah County Jail now faces 10 more counts of stalking.
The Daily Herald reports Michael Hamblin has two past convictions for stalking and is currently serving time for several charges, including stalking.
Police say Hamblin wrote 20 letters to a 16-year-old girl in American Fork between May and July, and then had a friend deliver those letters. Police also say Hamblin called the girl's cell phone twice while he was on a work crew in August.
The additional stalking charges were filed against him last week. Hamblin's bail was set at $15,000 cash.
