(KSL News) Police have identified a body that was found outside a West Valley gravel business.
Officials say Manuel Archuleta's body was found on the side of the road Saturday morning. Police say Archuleta's injuries and the way he was dumped lead them to believe he was murdered.
An autopsy is underway to determine the cause of death.
