(KSL News) A new court filing suggests attorneys may question whether polygamist leader Warren Jeffs is competent to stand trial.

The contents of the filing are sealed. But the nature of the filing suggests mental health professionals are offering opinions on Jeffs' competency.

Jeffs faces charges of rape as an accomplice for marrying an underage girl to her cousin.
