SALT LAKE CITY -- We're nearing the end of our Read Today Summer Reading Challenge, and we've had such a great response we're pleased to announce we're going to help families track their kids reading all year long.
Our top reader so far is Kyra. She, with computer help from her mom, has logged 29,000 minutes this summer. What an accomplishment! She shared pictures with us of her enjoying her rewards at Tracy Aviary.
In fact, many readers have sent us proof this week that summer reading is not only important, it can lead to fun.
Here's this week's challenge: Every reader who reads just 20 minutes a day from now through Saturday will get a free lunch at Lion House Pantry.
We are going to celebrate all this summer reading at the inaugural KSL Book Festival on Aug 28. CLICK HERE for more details.
